Accommodations:
At Eden Villa Nevis you will find world class luxury accommodations - a totally unique, private tropical island paradise. Weekly and Long Term Rentals, Group stays for 1-10 or more Guests.
All Weekly, Long Term and Group rentals, regardless of number of guests in party, will enjoy exclusive use of all accommodations during their stay at Eden Villa Nevis. We currently have five full, luxury Villa Suites and three swimming pools in a two building, multi-level, walled and gated hillside complex that insures intimacy and privacy, all in close proximity to local beaches, the main island road and excellent restaurants.
Beginning Summer of 2012, our Garden Terrace level will be available with three additional villa suites (for a total of eight), a forth swimming pool, and our own on-site, solar powered Hydroponics Greenhouse, for Guest parties of 1-16 or more.
Lush tropical courtyard gardens, waterfalls and water features are integrated into the landscape so that the healing power of water can be enjoyed virtually everywhere on the estate.
At the Upper Courtyard Garden level are entrances to our Great House with two bedroom suites, multiple galleries or porches and swimming pool, and charming Eden Cottage (directly adjacent to Great House) with front and rear, garden and sunset galleries and private pool. One level down, on our Grand Terrace Pool Deck level are East and West Poolside Suites and a third swimming pool. Smaller Guest parties of 1-4 may wish to use our Poolside Suites as bedroom quarters while enjoying Eden Villa's Great House for daytime activities - for the ultimate 'Owner's experience'. Admiral’s Suite on Garden Terrace level: 920 sq. ft. under roof. 2 full baths. Private drive and car park. This is a large luxury multi-room ‘Owner’s Suite’ on the estate. Shared pool. Can be single couple or shared by two.

Standard Weekly Rentals

- Assistance with your travel plans to and from
Eden Villa Nevis.
- Ease of payment using our on-line, secure

- All guest parties receive our most helpful User
Guide to Eden Villa Nevis.
- A welcome by a member of our Staff upon your
arrival at Eden Villa Nevis. Complimentary welcome drinks.
- Full professional staff including housekeeping,
pool service and Gardener, twice weekly. Personal laundry service
available at a small added cost.
- Complimentary use of two cell phones for local
and international calls, both incoming and outgoing, with minutes
available for purchase on island.
- Complimentary, high speed wireless Internet
throughout the villa.
- Evaporative air conditioners in all suites -
upon request. State-of-the-art units with hepa filters and ionizers for
cool, healthy, restful sleeping.
- Full kitchens or kitchenettes in all suites.
Gourmet kitchen in Great House with table seating for up to 18.
- Catered meals available at additional cost.
Rates on request from two local caterers, both serving excellent West
Indian cuisine. Vegetarian and Vegan meals are available.
- Screened porches for all suites.
- Flat screen LCD TV's with DVD players in all
suites. Use of villa's DVD lending library.
- Wide-screen LCD TV with Bose surround-sound
audio/visual system in Great House.
- Queen beds in all suites, custom made for Eden Villa Nevis. One queen extra long.
Inclusive Weekly Rentals
include:
- All ammenities listed in Standard Weekly Rentals.
- Concierge services including making
reservations for your party prior to your arrival.
- Pick up upon arrival at point of entry into St.
Kitts or Nevis, local transportation to Eden Villa Nevis. For Guests
arriving in St. Kitts, this includes taxi ride from airport to water
taxi, then water taxi to dock at Oualie Beach, then taxi up the hill to
Eden Villa Nevis. All Guests will be met at check-in by a member of our
staff.
- Arrival night catered dinner served in Great
House Dining Kitchen.
- One evening (per stay) of live local
entertainment, 'out under the stars' on our Grand Terrace Pool Deck.
- Full use of two vintage, four door Suzuki
jeeps. Our jeeps are maintained in "excellent" or "new" condition.
Damage waiver and temporary local license required. Mininum age 25.
- Use of two mountain bikes.
- Use of two Sunfish Sailboats - in "new" condition (for qualified, experienced sailors only). Damage waiver required.
Sampling of other available services - at additional cost:
- Spa services including professional, on site
massage, yoga, wellness and fitness trainers and equipment.
- Island Tours - highly recommended for first
time visitors to Nevis.
- Complete water sports including scuba and
snorkeling are available at nearby Oualie Beach.
- Hiking and guided nature tours including treks in the rain forest, to The Source (where fresh water is collected) and the top of Mt. Nevis (special attire and level of fitness required).
Cottage Rental:
Charming Eden Cottage is available for rent, separate from the balance of the estate, for Guest parties of 1-2. Cottage has private parking, entrance, front Courtyard Garden Porch, rear Sunset Gallery, and pool with private pool deck, and most Eden Villa Nevis amenities such as housekeeping and high speed wireless Internet. Long Term Rentals:
